Financial Reform Coalition to Showcase New Initiatives, News, and Analysis
WASHINGTON, DC – Starting Monday, May 9th Global Financial Integrity (GFI) will feature content from the Financial Accountability and Corporate Transparency (FACT) coalition in the Resources section of the www.gfip.org website or through http://fact.gfip.org.
“FACT will contribute sharp analytical pieces, breaking news, and advocacy tools to the GFI website,” said GFI Legislative Affairs Director and Legal Counsel, Heather Lowe. “The coalition has already proven itself to be a dynamic advocacy presence on the Hill, we are pleased to be a part of the coalition and feature them as contributors to our website.”
The FACT coalition is focused on closing tax loopholes, requiring business ownership information, strengthening anti-money laundering laws and making corporate tax contributions more transparent through direct Congressional action and educational outreach.
GFI is a founding member of the FACT coalition.
